Cranston Ridge Medical Clinic adopts the protocol from Alberta Health Services (AHS) to address any disclosure of harm to patients, clients, and families. AHS has the most extensive, comprehensive, and detailed protocol and guidelines regarding how to:

In addition, CRMC utilizes the tool offered by AHS to instruct CRMC's staff on how to disclose harm appropriately and within the current professional and legal expectations.
