Do you meet both of the following CRNA requiremets?

Full RN Licence from CRNA and 3,000 or more certified hours of RN Practice since graduation.

Do you meet at least one of the following 3 addtional requiremets?

Postgraduate education in either Nursing, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Occupational Health.

3,000 hours of experience in either family medicine clinics, medical or surgical wards, emergency departments, or occupational health departments in the last 5 years.

Certification by the ANCC for Ambulatory Care Nursing (AMB-BC).

Successful completion of the CEP-IEN with 3/3 in all competencies

Do you meet one of the following requiremets?

I hold a Canadian BScN with a GPA of 3.5 out of 4 or higher

I hold a non-Canadian BScN with a GPA of 3.5 out of 4 or higher certified by WES Canada

What is yor status in Canada?

Canadian Citizen.

Permanent Resident.

US or Mexican CItizen on USMCA Permit

Israeli Citizen on Open Work Permit

Are you a resident of either Calgary, Okotoks, High River, Chestermere, Diamond Valley, Priddis, Airdrie or Bragg Creek?

Yes, I reside in one of the municipalities mentioned above.

You must have have recently passed an English language exam (within the past 6 months) to be admissible; which one of the following have you completed?

IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least 6.0 in all four components

TOEFL with a minimum score of at least 550 (written test) or a minimum score of at least 80 (intenet-based test)

Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL) with a minimum score of 60

Are you applying for:

18-month program through a South Calgary PCN funded place - I have a letter of invitation to apply from SCPCN.

18-month program through the CRMC route - I do not hold a letter of invitation to apply from SCPCN.
