Please, note that the clinic's walk-in service is currently suspended. We can only offer urgent and semi-urgent appointments to our registered patients through the RN Prescriber. If you are not registered with us, you can still take advantage of the following two options:

(A physician or Nurse Practitioner will call you back for a virtual consultation on the number you left on the form)​

​

(You will have to attend in person)​

WITH THE MD or NP

This service is offered by either Family Physicians or Nurse Practitioners

WITH THE RN PRESCRIBER

This Service is offered by Registered Nurses when either a Family Physician or a Nurse Practitioner is not available to see you.

TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED

Please, note that to have access to the Walk-In Service, you have to physically walk into the building (hence the name "walk-in").

You cannot book an appointment over the phone unless you are one of our registered patients.

 

Please, also note that whether the service is offered to you by a physician, a nurse practitioner or a registered nurse, you can expect the same level of quality, standards, and competency.

THE SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN 08:00 AM AND 06:00 PM (MON-THUR) AND BETWEEN 08:00 AM AND 03:00 PM (FRI); WALK-IN SLOTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. AT TIMES, IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE ALL THOSE WHO ATTEND DUE TO ALL SLOTS BEEN ALREADY TAKEN; IN SUCH INSTANCE, PLEASE ATTEND THE CLOSEST URGENT CARE CENTRE.
